This opening page is done to forewarn - prepare you for a lot of reading. Only by reading everything will you be equipped to make a judgement. It is therefore also perhaps a salutary warning for those who might be tempted to entertain such a seemingly attractive venture as described within.
Much thought has been given to whether to ''go live'' or not, despite the fact that there is no overtly defamatory content - just facts. In this litigious society in which we live there is no wish for this author to be faced with a law suit - even if, as it surely would, fail. The hassle is though not needed!
It's sad that trusting someone ends up by having egg on the face and yet in life there are times when we have to trust or nothing would get done. You will discover that the monetary amount involved, is - by some standards maybe - not worth worrying about.
Fine, for those who are wealthy and would be bothered to pursue a mission such as this. However there is this thing called ''principle'' ...... the need to see things done right and put right. get screwed and there is a desire to see satisfaction. Well the only satisfaction for this writer is "blowing the whistle" so to speak - getting it out in the open and out of the system.
